Indomie Noodle Stir Fry Nigerian Style

Thinking of what to pack this morning, I quickly made indomie noodle stir fry Nigerian style because it cooks really

f ast. The reason I started by soaking the noodles in hot water is to remove the pasta coating. To also start the cooking  process and soften. That way noodles can be stir fried without needing much water to cook.

Ingredients

  • 2 small packs noodles
  • 1 sachet noodle seasoning
  • A small red onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • A medium sized carrot
  • 1 tablespoon soya oil
  • 1/4 glass of hot water
  • A pinch of salt
