Weight loss is great to be honest with you and the benefits are just awesome talking from experience. Aside the physical looks, it’s awesome how pains automatically disappear, sugar cravings drastically reduce, sleep gets better at night with sweeter dreams. When people enjoy the benefits of weight loss ehn, that excitement makes them want to encourage everyone they know to try and lose weight so they too can enjoy these free benefits.

When fitness experts and natural weight loss enthusiasts preach, it’s very true when they tell you that it’s possible to lose weight and get the body of your dreams.

However, there are some things they don’t tell you. A successful natural weight loser @hazeleyed_k has truthfully listed them out so you know ahead of time:

  1. What they don’t tell you is that you are going to be starving 80% of the time until your body gets used to the caloric deficit.
  2. They don’t tell you that you are going to cry some nights because you don’t see your body changing.
  3. That alcohol has to go for a while until you reach your goals.
  4. They may not tell you that temptation will be everywhere.
  5. They definitely don’t tell you that you will have to skip going to some social events to stay on track.

But, you know what? I promise you that if you stay consistent and surround yourself with people who wanna see you win, you will lose that weight and get to where you wanna be. She writes.

I also have successfully lost weight using local food in reduced portions with exercise. It worked. I got to my goal weight and started doing maintenance to keep me fit.
