Why You Must Read Your Food Labels. A Must See!

What Do You See on this label?

We are told to ALWAYS read labels, but, do we?
This was shared on Facebook by Natural Nigerian’s Photo and it shook me to my bones. I have been careless with reading labels. All I am mostly interested in is
the expiry date. That has to change TODAY!

Read the batter label carefully, I wonder if the people that bought this product read the label before cooking.
what do you see there?

  6. Yes it's normal if he is on exclusive breastfeeding. Is the baby showing any signs of discomfort? If not, then you don't have to worry,he is just gaining weight. Take lots of water and fruits like orange and water melon, he will suck them from you. He will poo by the 5th or 6th day…and that poo will smell for Africa, LOL.

  9. Hello Poster, in as much as its normal, it cld also cos little discomfort to ur baby and make his stomach hard. He may also reduce his feeding habit. There are healthy traditional methods to take care of this, that's if ur mum doesn't know. Apply lots of hot water on his anus(you know bum hole) while bathing him. Slightly hotter than the one used in bathing him but not too hot to burn his skin. Some experienced mum use an empty milk container, make a hole in the middle (at the bottom of it) and release the hot directly to the anus so it penetrates well. The poo comes out almost immediately and very much.

Also, there's another method whereby u use a good cotten bud to apply generous amount of non-mint mentholatum on the bud and gently whine it into the baby's anus and watch the poo come out well(ull need an expert for this and a good cotton bud mindful of the tip).

If u have an elderly woman friend who knows about this, u may try it.

Finally, as advised, increase ur fruits intake

  10. One million likes. These work almost immediately. Intact the heavy smelly poo rushes out while still bathing the baby but this I think is for experienced moms.
Another way to get it out fast is a little mentholatum on your pinky, pressed lightly with a little pressure on baby's anus. It pours out almost immediately I am very sure of this. Do not forget to eat watermelon.

  12. I remember my MIL using robb when my 1st child hadn't pooed for 5days (was about 3months old). Less than 3mins after I couldn't believe what came out of him.
When I started weaning my baby he was a lil constipated so I gave him the juice with peeps of 1 orange I squeezed out myself. Few hours later d whole place stank and his nappy was fully loaded.

  13. God have mercy on us o! We really do need to improve on reading labels properly. Pls I need help here. My 1 year old baby keeps having rashes on his body especially his back. I use agnasia powder, it goes then comes again but for sometime now it's not going at all. Am not sure if I bought a fake one. He sweats a lot and I bathe him twice daily sometimes thrice if the weather is hot but am afraid of exposing him too much cos of cold so he wears sleeveless most of the time. Anyone who knows what I should do? It's really uncomfortable for him.

  15. Use raising baby powder it's very effective and works like magic. It's sold for 250 or 150 depending on d size. It will stick to d baby's body like native chalk. Buy from a a pharmacy or baby shop or a reputable supermarket.
