Mum arrested after two-year-old daughter drowned in bath tub ‘while she had sex in bedroom’

What a price to pay for a few seconds of pleasure. A TODDLER tragically drowned in a bath after she was allegedly abandoned by her mum who was having “booty call” sex in the next room.
The little girl died after apparently being pushed underwater by her sister while the oblivious mum had a fling just metres away.
Mum-of-three Amanda Clark, 26, left her daughters alone in the bath to have sex and is now facing a felony charge.
Her youngest daughter, Alexandria, drowned just days before what would have been her second birthday.
Clark approached police herself and is now being held in custody at the Wise County Jail on $100,000 bond.
The unidentified man involved told police in Texas that he visited Clark’s home for a “booty call”.

Wise County sheriff Lane Akin was shocked by the report, saying he had never encountered anything like it in decades of law enforcement.
He said: “She’s the one who called our dispatcher to report that her child was not breathing.
“The dispatcher coached her to start CPR on the child.
“Deputies and Alvord firefighters took over when they arrived.”
An arrest report states Clark’s bedroom door was closed while she was entertaining a “visiting male companion”, leaving the children alone in the bath.
The man told officer that the girls were initially in the living room but Clark got them together and ran them a bath.
She then allegedly came back to the bedroom and had sex as the girls bathed.
A short time later, Clark’s eldest daughter – who is six years old – burst into the bedroom saying Alexandria had stopped breathing.
Investigators quizzed the youngster and she said said her three-year-old sister had pushed the tragic tot under the water in the tub.
The Sheriff added: “Of course, the three year old didn’t have a clue about what that was all about, what the implications might be.”
Clark was defended by neighbours and friends on Wednesday, saying she just made a terrible “mistake”.
Jodi Malott, who lives across the street, “She was screaming, holleringm Help me. Help me.’ She loved those kids”.
Ms Malott says Clark attempted CPR and then called police.
Clark has been slapped with the charge of abandoning or endangering a child.
