BABY BOY FALLS FROM 3RD FLOOR WINDOW IN LAUDERHILL

An 11-month-old baby boy is in serious condition after falling out of a third floor window of a Lauderhill building.
Lauderhill police spokesman Rick Rocco said the boy was in an upstairs bedroom on a bed that was pushed up against the wall and window of the room.
Rocco said it appears that the baby was pushing on the window screen when it

opened.

The boy fell onto a roof overhand and then fell to the ground.
He was taken to Broward Health Medical Center. Rocco said the baby was alert and crying when he was being transported.
Authorities said he suffered injuries to his head.
