Self Help For Your Libido

Thanks Julia, I had to bring this comment to front page so everyone can see. She responded on the post HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU HAVE SEX
I HOPE THERE’S NOT GOING TO BE SCARCITY OF TIGER NUTS AND DATES AFTER TODAY?

I had to respond to this question of yours because it appears that you’re at your wits’ end.
Lately, there’s been this rave about tiger nuts and dates for making a woman all ‘slippery’.
Here’s the recipe:
4 cups of tigernut (aka ofio or hausa groundnut)
10 dates with seeds taken out (you get dates from those mallams selling ofio)
one coconut

Wash the tigernut and soak overnight if it’s the dry type. Add water and blend all these together and then sieve. Refrigerate and give to her to drink. So many testify to the results.

Some also say you can blend watermelon and dates, then add peak milk and server her chilled.

If these fail, then google maca in Nigeria and purchase. So many women swear by it’s ability
to increase sexual libido (a reason that’s made me hesitate on using it for brain fog and stamina because I’m unmarried and don’t need the libido benefit). Maca is a food that’s consumed in peru in flour form.

I’ll like to also request that you ensure she’s not stressed and overburdened by duties. Find out her love language (5lovelanguages.com) and speak it…make her feel loved and desired and watch her blossom and respond to your touch.
Just know that childbirth takes a lot from a woman’s body and now is when she needs your love and unwavering commitment to her and her wellbeing.

PS: Please don’t consider the option of extramarital affair. A single affair can have ripple effects that would make you wish you had been a bit more patient.
