Not only is this a more personable type of customer service, but it helps you get the
right order if the store is busy.
A young woman recently thought she’d have some fun with this practice in her local branch – by telling them her name was Beyoncé.
But the barista who took her order clearly didn’t believe her, as she got a response she wasn’t expecting.
Instead of obediently writing the name on the cup, she had written “U Wish.”
