BANANA PUFF PUFF RECIPE

How to make banana puff puff

This delicious banana puff puff is what all Nigerian puff puff lovers will enjoy. Easy recipe, quick and delicious too. We didn’t have to wait for the yeast to do anything. Straight from mixing to frying and eating. These ripe bananas my kids rejected have just given me a tasty recipe to save and use any time we have overripe bananas.

These bananas have been here lying on the table for three days now crying to be eaten. Nobody seems interested until they turned overripe. I can’t stand food waste, so started thinking of what we can make. The girls suggested banana pancakes but I wanted something different. I won. We made these delicious banana puff puff.

To make them, we mixed pancake dough, crushed the overripe bananas, and mixed everything together. The result is what you see on the pics above. I love to add milk and eggs when I make Nigerian Puff puff.
