From A Desperate Housewife

Good evening and happy new year Eva, I would appreciate if my name and contact isn’t displayed on your blog
I am a married woman with an eight months old baby which I had through C-section
I have

added weight which my husband said he  liked but the problem I have is my tummy. Its as if there’s  still another baby inside which normally affects my dressing, I need advice from your blog readers on what I can do to have a reduced tummy fast.
Thank you very much

  1. Try doing some crunch exercise to build your stomach muscles again. Pregnancy weakens the stomach muscles and makes it droopy..but u can build it by doing small crunch exercises at least every day..also for dressing sake, you can get yourself some spanx to help you look slimmer..don't be discouraged, you ll look better in no time..in the meantime, enjoy your beautiful baby.

  2. Watch that weight before it gets out of hand… Men (good men) will tend to tell you they like you as you are with some little more flesh – does he really have a choice, esp. if he wants you to be happy. Pregnancy comes with some weight gain but please watch it.
Exercise and watch what you eat… and also get very active.

  3. very simple, exercise, drink lots of water and eliminate carbs and sweets and processed foods till you reach your goal then you can add them back gradually. I did this and i went down to a u.k size 8 and i have maintained it with moderate eating

  4. Spanx is an undergarment worn to give a neat fitting, it comes in different forms, those with bra, without bra, just tights kinda and get to under burst etc hope this helps. Also more comfortable than girdle I hear, but I rock it personally when I want to looks hotter…….winks**

  5. Cutting out CARBS, unhealthy snacks and sugary food/drinks makes the process a lot faster. This has worked for me and I'm down 20lbs (9.07kg).
Its easier said than done to exercise regularly with a baby but don't just seat in front of d Tv all day, going for long walks counts.
Eat lots of vegetables, salads with no dressing, protein, herbal tea(green tea), at least 2litres of water everyday, snack on carrots and cucumber when u feel like snacking.
The tummy is still a battle even with situps but I sometimes wear bodymagic (a make of girdle/spanx) to get that firm look.
