  1. For yogurt I think your best reference is Google. There have been a lot of request for yogurt making and the main responses is that it is difficult getting the ingredients(Live culture) in Nigeria

    Go on youtube and check for recipes and you do not necessarily need live cultures to make yoghurt. Just buy a good quality brand of natural yoghurt from the supermarket and that will be what the experts refer to as your starter yoghurt so that will be the base you need for making more homemade yoghurt with milk etc Here is a short youtube yoghurt making tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KoL-lmWzzDs

  5. If u r in Abuja or Zaria(Kaduna) u should try Shagalinku Yoghurt believe u me its Awesome. I really wish they had an outlet in Lagos. Making Yoghurt is not easy bt possible am sure der r recipes on youtube/google though

    I use ginger and garlic for peppersoup. I blend it with fresh pepper and onions. It tastes just great. Pls try it out. I learnt using it wen I came to serve in akwa ibom. You know they eat peppersoup with rice. So try it u won't regret. Cheers. Dakween.
