My dear, if u had an unprotected sex during your ovulation and not still pregnant, many factors might caused it like: (1) the quality of the ovum(ova) you released or the sperm of your partner might not be too good enough to make fertilization take place. (2) the sperm cells might not be motile enough (3) you might not release an ovum @ all during your ovulation (4) low sperm count and many other factors. Not becoming pregnant this month doesn't mean you have one problem or the other. Just relax, don't be anxious, eat balanced diet, fruits and ofcourse be PRAYERFUL
ReplyDeleteIt is way too early to start getting worried about not getting pregnant. Doctors won't even start working you up for infertility until after a year of unprotected sex. So relax and stop worrying. Being anxious doesn't help also.

Life is not all about food alone. We all do have personal problems which can sometimes make food tasteless in our mouth. Since this blog is about matured women,people feel safe coming to seek for advice and we shouldn't be abusive. DeleteHmmmmmmm M̶̲̥̅γ̲̣̣̥ worries exactly. Unprotected sex for 7mths now. No pregnancy. Am worried and about to loose my mind. Abt 6/7yrs ago I had 3 abortions bt ₪☺ complications. pls dnt judge me ave had my mistakes and short comings. Wish I cld change it all. I kw ave been 4given and God is not out to punnish me. But I live with guilt on a daily basis. I can't sleep, no peace and my bp is alarming. I can't tell my hubby what I did. No one will belive Ȋ̊†̥. I wonder if am ever going to have a baby???? See, wen u are so stressed both physically and emotionally, it makes it harder for you to concieve. What you did is in the past, and if you trrly asked God for forgiveness, then i'm sure He's forgiven you....so quit worrying and relax your mind. You will concieve ok?

Now I have been trying to get pregnant since four months now,pregnancy isn't coming.I'm fed up.tho' I'm still in my early 20s,I can't wait to have my kids.pls include me in your prayers. DeleteYou have to wait a year then go to a fertility specialist. Abortions dnt lead to infertility except it was done wrongly or you developed an untreated infection from there. Just be patient and pray.
ReplyDeleteRemove guilt from ur mind once you know God has forgiven you. Give yourself peace. The devil is the accuser of the brethren so he will most likely make you feel like your Father, God, has not forgiven you and ants to punish you. God cannot punish you for something He already sent His only Son to die for. Try and reduce anxiousness. Dnt tell ur husband now since you dint tell him before you got married.
Take care of urself. Lose weight if you are over weight. Gain weight if you are underweight. Keep ur bp in check. Eat right. Work out often, that helps keep ur bp right and organs functioning properly. Take whole grains, protein, vegetables, fruits and good fats such as peanuts, olive oil, and avacados. Take prenatal vitamins, at least 400mcg of Folic acid.
Let ur hubby get checked out first since tests for guys are not so invasive.

One month is a short period for you to worry about not becoming pregnant. Just relax and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Pregnancy will come!

ReplyDeleteI don't think u can calculate ur ovulation. Did u hav sex when on your period? You could be ovulating when on your period!! Buy a book on Billing's method so u can know the signs of when ovulating. Hope this helps.

I personally took a 3month Depo injection without my Husband's knowledge because i was not ready to have a child then, we were not engaged then and i dont want a case where i would get pregnant and he would tell me he was not ready since i once aborted.
ReplyDeleteNow, my Mens. seized for month after the 3month Injection, i have started seeing it again but i have been having unprotected sex for Month now and i am not getting pregnant. I met a Doctor, explained everything to him and he said it was the result of the Injection that i might not be Ovulating and that there is no drug for it until it takes it due course and it varies from individuals that some last for 5years.. I dont want to regret my actions. Can anyone advise me on a method i could apply?? My Husband is on my neck, we have been having unprotected sex for over 1year now.
Please people, if you want to have a Family planning, dont try the Injection method if you have not had a baby or if you still want a baby, the 3month or 6month can turn out longer than they say, Copper T still better from what i heard.
