Shredded Beef Gravy By Lamide




 Shredded beef with
spaghetti
 Lamide  is the Blogger behind Lahmow's Passion
ingredients for shredded beef gravy
shredded beef, cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, carrots 

Ingredients:

 shredded oven grilled beef

flour
Olive oil(2tablespoons)
curry
carrots 
cabbage
Spring onions(replaced onions with spring onions cos of my husband)
green pepper
Rodo
Tatase
salt
Meat stock
Knorr chicken
water

curry, knorr cubes and other ingredients
pepper sauce for gravy
add flour to sauce
chopped vegetables for gravy


add beef to gravy



Add flour to gravy
cooked shredded beef gravy

 Cooking procedure for Gravy and spaghetti:

Hello :)

 just prepared this now.
Spaghetti and shredded beef gravy
I fried my sliced tatase and rodo( had to add pepper cos of my husband)
vegetables(carrot,cabbage,spring onions,green pepper) in the olive oil. 
 I added the shredded beef,flour and a  Little water. 
Added spices and  curry.  
allowed to boil for  a while. 
Served with spaghetti
Very yummy :D

a serving of shredded beef sauce with boiled spaghetti
boiled spaghetti
shredded beef gravy can be served with rice,  spaghetti, macaroni and even  boiled noodles.
