Poached Egg Indomie Noodles With Vegetables

a serving of poached egg indomie noodles

Dear Diary,
I do not see Indomie noodles as a meal for kids only, because,
in my family,
it comes in as a main dish. Sometimes, it is served as lunch, at other times as dinner.
There are one or two time that I have served it to the kids as
breakfast and they had a good time eating.
Because it is easy and fast. It comes in handy every time we get home too tired
to defrost or cook anything. What helps is that vegetables are replaced
in the fridge as soon as they get exhausted.
The crunchiness of this meal is enough to exercise and build stronger teeth. *wink*
