Eating oats in the morning is a very healthy way to start the day. Especially for those who are scared of the heavy carbs. Oats are very healthy and easily digested.

- Stir and allow to get as soft as you like it
- Serve with milk, sausages and sugar or honey.
I like to chew my oats, so, I do not allow them to boil for long. In 2 minutes, mine is ready. The kids love theirs with bananas. I chop a few slices of ripe bananas into the boiling oats, continue to stir until they mix with the oats. You can buy banana flavoured oats or just add fresh ripe bananas while cooking.
The taste and flavor of ripe bananas in quaker oats is so GOOD.
