Nigerian Akara Balls with step by step recipe

Nigerian akara balls
how to make akara balls
a serving of akara balls with custard.
Akara balls with custard for breakfast can be very filling and good.

Sometimes,

I leave akamu (ogi) out and just go for a nice flavored custard.
I love banana and milk flavored custard. This time I wanted the two flavors at once so,
I made small quantities of each and mixed together. YUMMY.

I like my akara hot and sizzling. For custard I love when it’s not very thick,
so, I add a little more boiling water to loosen it up and let it flow freely from the csoop.

  4. Flat? maybe you didn't add enough oil to the pan. Next time add an egg or two to help hold it together. Again, do not make it too loose, i.e watery before frying.
