Naija Hotdog With Mayonnaise Mustard Ketchup

 

 

Naija hotdog with mayonnaise ketchup.  Very easy to make. No stress no time wasting

Ingredients for my Naija Hot Dog:

  • sausages ( frankfurts or chicken franks)
  • vegetable oil
  • hot dog bread
  • bread knife
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • ketchup
  • Lettuce
If you are adding veggies, then add the washed lettuce before slotting in the cooked sausage.

Procedure for making Naija HotDog with mayonnaise ketchup 

  1. Bring sausages out of the freezer, drop in a bowl of water.and allow to defrost/thaw
  2. Fry lightly in a pan with vegetable oil, grill or even boil sausages
  3. heat bread a little  in an oven to make it warm and softer
  4. Cut bread open with a bread knife
  5. rub mayonnaise or salad cream or margarine on the bread
  6. Slot in the sausage
  7. Add the mustard and ketchup
  8. Serve with a glass of fruit juice or wrap in foil for lunch boxes
I can’t eat mustard, so I am good with just ketchup. I add vegetables and mustard for hubby while the kids prefer it with just ketchup.

Remember to wash lettuce with salted water. They grow on the ground, salt gets rid of hidden worms.
