DeleteI didnt know i could send in pics since i didnt take step by step pics! I cooked Eya's Fried brown beans 2days ago with a little twist of green peppers and diced tomato! It was awesome! Now i feel i shld av sent in the picture. Anyways, with Eya still here, many more dishes to come! God bless Eya!

ReplyDeleteThe fish and chicken were grilled.I gently removed the gills and other dirt,spiced it and left to stay for the spice to penetrate then placed in d oven,I actually left it to dry,cos I don't like taking in much oil but it can b placed in for 15min.
