Nigerian Green Jollof Rice With Grilled Fish And Chicken By Ope

**Lol, this is an old post o. I don't know what I clicked on that made it republish as number one on the page. I just opened to view blog and saw it standing here as number one.**
Nice one here! she adds a little twist to her own green vegetable rice with some diced carrots. Ope is a student,  she loves to cook and just wants to share and flaunt her skills in the kitchen.

  4. I didnt know i could send in pics since i didnt take step by step pics! I cooked Eya's Fried brown beans 2days ago with a little twist of green peppers and diced tomato! It was awesome! Now i feel i shld av sent in the picture. Anyways, with Eya still here, many more dishes to come! God bless Eya!

  8. Eyaaa, guess wat?? I just made the cornbeef moi-moi *dancing etigi* all tanx to u!! Truth is I've neva made moi-moi on my own esp cos of d washing Part of d beans!! But I overcame d fear,and am glad I did*smiles*... Its still boiling though,might take the pix when its done...

  10. The fish and chicken were grilled.I gently removed the gills and other dirt,spiced it and left to stay for the spice to penetrate then placed in d oven,I actually left it to dry,cos I don't like taking in much oil but it can b placed in for 15min.
