I made for myself and folks pepper soup with
goat meat, with bitter leaf and scent leafIngredients:
Goat meat
Bitter leaf
Scent leaf
Powdered pepper soup spices
Cat fish (dry)
Onions
Water
Seasoning
Salt to taste
I used Eya's method in cooking it, only difference is, I added d scent leaf wen I was boiling d meat and fish.

I usually don't like anything that ends with 'soup' on my rice (this was brought about by seeing people eat Eguisi and rice back then) but this doesn't look half bad :)

DeleteNo Sara, it's not utazi. The regular onugbo. To make pepper soup with it, it has to be well washed.
