Goat Meat Pepper Soup Served With Rice. I made for myself and folks pepper soup with

goat meat, with bitter leaf and scent leaf

Ingredients:
1 kg Goat meat
a handful well washed Bitter leaf
1/4 cup Scent leaf
Powdered pepper soup spices sold at the market
1 large Cat fish (dry)
1 small Onion
Water
3 seasoning cubes  
Salt to taste

I used Aunty Eya’s pepper soup method in cooking it, the only difference is, I added the scent leaf when I was boiling the meat and  fish.
