Fried yam with peppered corned beef. Dear Diary,
please do not forget that I keep saying buy small canned Exeter corned beef because it gives me better results

than big canned Exeter.

Small sized Exeter corned beef is more meaty and tastes more yummy. The big times just dissolve in water and begin to look like red pap.
This feels like the fastest and easiest meal to cook when you are in a hurry.

Ingredients  For Peppered Corned Beef  Sauce:

  • 1 small can Exeter corned beef
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • water

 

Cooking Steps For Yam And Corned Beef Sauce:

  • The washed and sliced yam is salted and fried in hot oil
  • While yam fries, the corned beef is emptied into a pot, add  a little water and salt to taste
  • Cook the corned beef for about 5 minutes and 
  • Serve
